“Dejando Huellas 2025: Un Retiro que Encendió Nuestro Espíritu de Liderazgo” [ESP-ENG] +Mi Informe de Actifit: Noviembre 12 2025

¡Hola querida comunidad de Actifit y Hive! 👋

Hoy estamos de vuelta con una historia que aún nos tiene el corazón lleno de gratitud, inspiración y propósito. Antes que nada, queremos agradecer a todos nuestros lectores que siempre están al tanto de nuestros artículos, acompañando este viaje de crecimiento, emprendimiento y liderazgo.

Durante los días Viernes 7 y Sábado 8 de Noviembre tuvimos la oportunidad de asistir a un evento extraordinario que sin duda dejará una huella imborrable en nuestra vida personal y profesional: el “Retiro de Liderazgo – Dejando Huellas 2025”. Fueron dos días llenos de aprendizajes, emociones intensas, reflexiones profundas y sobre todo, mucho crecimiento. 💫

🔥 Un evento que superó las expectativas

Hace más de un mes veníamos escuchando sobre este retiro… todos decían que sería “de otro nivel”, y sí, ¡lo fue! Aunque tuvimos algunos inconvenientes que casi nos impiden asistir, finalmente lo logramos y valió cada segundo. Estar ahí fue una experiencia desafiante, motivadora y transformadora.

Durante el evento conocimos historias que tocaron el alma, vivencias que nos hicieron reflexionar y ejemplos que encendieron nuestro espíritu emprendedor. Fue un verdadero “choque de emociones encontradas” que nos recordó por qué hacemos lo que hacemos.

💡 Lecciones que nos marcaron

Los disertantes fueron simplemente inspiradores. Cada palabra, cada ejemplo y cada historia tenía un propósito claro: Enseñarnos a liderar desde el corazón.

Entre tantas lecciones, una resonó con más fuerza:

“Un verdadero líder no busca seguidores, sino formar nuevos líderes.”

Aprendimos que el liderazgo no se trata de imponer, sino de servir, inspirar y transformar vidas desde adentro hacia afuera. Que el secreto del éxito está en ser emprendedores audaces y perseverantes, pero sobre todo, en desarrollar un liderazgo de servicio que deje huellas reales en los demás.

🧩 Volver a las bases y fortalecer los equipos

Otro punto clave que nos llevamos de este retiro fue el enfoque en crear equipos fuertes. Nos recordaron que no importa cuánto crezcamos o avancemos, siempre es necesario volver a las bases, a los principios que nos sostienen como personas y como comunidad.

Cada momento del evento nos hizo “vibrar las neuronas y el espíritu”, dejándonos con una claridad renovada sobre el propósito que tenemos como emprendedores y líderes en formación.

🎉 Un año con Kalomai Holding: Motivo de orgullo

Este retiro fue aún más especial porque celebramos una fecha muy importante para nosotros: Nuestro primer aniversario como emprendedores independientes en Kalomai Holding. 🎂

El pasado 24 de Octubre cumplimos un año dentro de esta gran empresa 100% boliviana, fundada por emprendedores bolivianos, y asistir al evento fue, sin duda, la mejor forma de celebrarlo.

En Kalomai Holding promovemos proyectos en Inversiones Inmobiliarias, Entretenimiento, Turismo y Hotelería, y nos llena de orgullo ser parte de una visión que impulsa el crecimiento económico y el liderazgo en Bolivia.

Pronto compartiremos un post especial sobre nuestro primer año en Kalomai, los logros alcanzados y las metas que ya estamos trazando para llegar con más fuerza a nuestro segundo aniversario. 🚀

Participar en el Retiro de Liderazgo – Dejando Huellas 2025 fue mucho más que un evento; fue una experiencia que nos recordó quiénes somos, hacia dónde vamos y por qué no debemos rendirnos.

Agradecemos profundamente a Kalomai Holding por hacerlo posible y a todos los líderes que compartieron su sabiduría y pasión. Hoy volvemos recargados, con nuevas metas y una visión más clara: Seguir dejando huellas que inspiren a otros a crecer y liderar con propósito.

Today we are back with a story that still fills our hearts with gratitude, inspiration, and purpose. First of all, we want to thank all our readers who always keep up with our articles, accompanying us on this journey of growth, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

On Friday, November 7, and Saturday, November 8, we had the opportunity to attend an extraordinary event that will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark on our personal and professional lives: the “Leadership Retreat - Leaving Footprints 2025”. It was two days full of learning, intense emotions, deep reflections, and above all, a lot of growth. 💫

🔥 An event that exceeded expectations

We had been hearing about this retreat for over a month... everyone said it would be “on another level”, and yes, it was! Although we had some issues that almost prevented us from attending, we finally made it and it was worth every second. Being there was a challenging, motivating, and transformative experience.

During the event, we heard stories that touched our souls, experiences that made us reflect, and examples that ignited our entrepreneurial spirit. It was a real “clash of mixed emotions” that reminded us why we do what we do.

💡 Lessons that left a mark on us

The speakers were simply inspiring. Every word, every example, and every story had a clear purpose: to teach us to lead from the heart.

Among so many lessons, one resonated most strongly:

“A true leader does not seek followers, but to train new leaders.”

We learned that leadership is not about imposing, but about serving, inspiring, and transforming lives from the inside out. That the secret to success lies in being bold and persevering entrepreneurs, but above all, in developing servant leadership that leaves a real mark on others.

🧩 Back to basics and strengthening teams

Another key takeaway from this retreat was the focus on building strong teams. We were reminded that no matter how much we grow or advance, it is always necessary to return to basics, to the principles that sustain us as individuals and as a community.

Every moment of the event made our “neurons and spirits vibrate,” leaving us with renewed clarity about our purpose as entrepreneurs and leaders in training.

🎉 One year with Kalomai Holding: A source of pride

This retreat was even more special because we celebrated a very important date for us: Our first anniversary as independent entrepreneurs at Kalomai Holding. 🎂

On October 24, we celebrated one year with this great 100% Bolivian company, founded by Bolivian entrepreneurs, and attending the event was undoubtedly the best way to celebrate.

At Kalomai Holding, we promote projects in Real Estate Investment, Entertainment, Tourism, and Hospitality, and we are proud to be part of a vision that drives economic growth and leadership in Bolivia.

Soon we will share a special post about our first year at Kalomai, the achievements we have made, and the goals we are already setting to reach our second anniversary with even more strength. 🚀

Participating in the Leadership Retreat – Leaving Footprints 2025 was much more than an event; it was an experience that reminded us who we are, where we are going, and why we must not give up.
