My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2024

Picture below is of the Matzu temple I pass on my daily walk. Some days it seems like I walk more than the recorded steps. Other days are quite the opposite. Today, I didn’t feel like I walked enough. I only had two short walks. Then I had to see the dentist and back to work work. But some how I logged over 7 thousand steps.)
