My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2020
My day was weird. I came home from my parents. I had my birthday with my friends this weekend, next weekend its with the whole family, gonna be 29 this August the 6 ^^
But I also had 3 hours of Life coaching with my group.
And I fked up hard. I was so frustred that I had to walk out of my own session with someone to breathe and just calm down. It was such an surreal thing to witness, nothing like this have happend to me before, but I got so confused about the goal that I couldn't continue with the other questions because I didn't knew what to question.
It was a lesson for me and a good. Properly wont do that again.
