A walk trough Pont-Saint-Esprit with an interesting discovery

Iove remote French towns

We woke up with a surprise. It must have rained heavily over night. Almost everything was wet on our camping site.

But we were lucky and had a sunny morning so everything could dry.

We spent the morning chilling at the tents with breakfast and a lot of coffee.
In the early afternoon we headed to the next little town for a walk. I like those remote French towns very much. Many things are in decay and almost nothing is shiny and perfect. Only a few perfume stores and one cosmopolitan looking bar give the impression of globalisation.

After half an hour we made an interesting discovery. We found an abandoned hospital in the middle of town.

Obviously we searched for a possible entrance which would us give the opportunity to visit the place.

And we luckily did. There are two open fences at the backside of the property.

We decided to do a bit of research in the evening and will visit the place at one of the next days.

So I'm really looking forward. 😀
