Summer in the city 🌞 - My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2025

Hey dear actifitters and readers,

it's summer in the city and the nights are long. I love this time of the year. 🌞

Friday and Saturday was about being outdoor, playing volleyball and visiting a small festival.

My knee is still hurting a little and my time at the beachvolleyball court had to be reduced.

At least I played a some matches. 😎

We have a little agricultural festival in town every year. I'm not interested in the agricultural part that much but they have two little stages for concerts in the evening.

So we met with some friends having drinks and enjoying summer.

The days really felt like summer.

Unfortunately live music has to stop at 11pm because of neighbours.

But the party went on with a silent disco. They handed out headphones to everyone. You have three channels to choose your kind of music and can switch easily.

That's me listening to the green channel.
