My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2024

After a few days off, just ramping up the distance to build a bit more stamina in the legs and test the back a little more. Slow going but 1000m intervals with 200m rest in best with 5 x intervals. Nice easy run avoiding hills as much as possible.
