Nuevo día y nuevo reporte. Ayer doble sesión de pequeña caminata que me deja el recuento en 6.888 pasos. Un buen día para seguir activando el cuerpo en este final de agosto.

Hoy tengo un día repleto de gestiones así que será difícil alcanzar el objetivo, aún así, intentaré sacar un rato para seguir moviendo las piernas.
