SpongeBob Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated 🪸🧽 Final Boss 🎮[ENG/SPA]

Finally, my daughter and I finished SpongeBob Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated. I still think the name is crazy long, but it perfectly represents the character. It took a while to complete this game because it took my daughter some time to adapt to the game mechanics and challenges. Of course, I helped her on many occasions, but my intention was always for her to develop the fine motor skills required to use a console controller.

Finalmente terminamos mi hija y yo Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated, siempre me parecerá una locura este nombre, demasiado largo pero que representa lo que este personaje perfectamente. Tomo un tiempo completar este juego, la razón, que mi hija le tomaba tiempo adaptarse y acostumbrar a las mecánicas de juego y los desafíos, claro que le apoye en muchas ocasiones, pero mi intención siempre fue que ella desarrollara la habilidad motriz fina que se requiere para usar un mando de consola.

If you're not familiar with the character and the cartoon, the villain of the series is Plankton. In this game, he created a machine that builds robots and replicates the characters from the show. This time, the final boss is a colossal version of SpongeBob, accompanied by a mechanical Plankton, in a circular arena with floating platforms inside the Chum Bucket, which is where this villain lives.

Si no estas familiarizado con el personaje y el dibujo animado, el villano de la serie es Plankton, aca en el juego creo una maquina que crea robot y replica a los personajes de la serie. Esta vez el jefe final es una versión de Bob esponja colosal, acompañado de un Plankton mecánico, en un escenario circular con plataformas flotantes dentro del Cubo de Cebo que es el lugar donde vive este villano.

The attacks are simple, in a way, but they do require precise timing to dodge them and take advantage of the moment to counterattack. The robot has a kind of green light bulbs that you need to hit to weaken it. The first ones are on its hands; when it strikes, you get close and break them.

Los ataques son sencillo por decirlo de alguna manera, pero si requieren del timing suficiente para esquivarlos y aprovechas el momento de contraatacar. El robot tiene una especie de bombillos verdes que debes golpear para ir debilitándolo, los primeros están en las manos y cuando golpea te acercar y rompes los primeros.

Next, you need to break the ones on the robot's body. Before that, you must dodge the attacks and take advantage of the pause to use a power SpongeBob has: a kind of bubble torpedo that lasts 7 seconds and can be controlled with the stick after being fired, to direct it to the point you want to hit.

Luego debes romper los que están en el cuerpo del robot, antes debes esquivar los ataques y aprovechar la pausa para usar un poder que tiene Bobesponja de una especie de torpedo burbuja que dura 7 segundo y puedes controlar con el mando luego de ser disparado, a fin de dirigirlo hasta el punto que deseas golpear.

It's obvious that, like any boss, as you weaken it, it starts to counterattack harder and faster. This is where I had to intervene. As you'll see in the GIFs, it starts hitting the platforms, and if you fall, the attack sequence restarts, which is annoying because it lengthens the fight. That's why I had to help my daughter in this part.

Es obvio que como todo jefe a medida que debilitas comienza a contraatacar mas fuerte y rapido, aqui fue donde tuve que intervenir, como verán en los gif, comienza a golpear las plataformas y si llegas a caer se reinicia la secuencia de ataque, lo cual es molesto porque se alarga la pelea, fue por eso que tuve que ayudar a mi hija en esta parte.

The final attack involves words that come out of the robot's mouth: "KAH-RAH-TAE!" These words fall onto the platforms three times. It's a pretty strange attack, but what isn't in the world of SpongeBob? After these attacks, it finally strikes, revealing the light bulbs behind its hands that you couldn't reach, and that's how you finally defeat it, or so we thought.

El ataque final son unas palabras que salen de la boca del robot dice: KAH-RAH-TAE! Las cuales caen sobre las plataformas en tres ocasiones. Es un ataque bastante extraño pero en el mundo de Bob esponja que no lo es. Luego de estos ataque es que finalmente golpea dejando descubiertos los bombillos que tiene detrás de las manos que no podía alcanzar y es así como finalmente lo derrotas, o eso creíamos.

Suddenly, two large, muscular inflatable arms appear from the sides—something quite unsettling when you thought you couldn't be surprised anymore. But now the fight moves to the inside of the robot. SpongeBob enters through its ear to try to deactivate it from within.

De repente salen de los lados dos grande brazos inflables bien mamados, algo bien turbio cuando ya no creías que podías sorprenderte. Pero ahora la pelea pasa a la parte interna del robot, Bob Esponja se mete por el oído con el fin de tratar de desactivarlo desde adentro.

Here, everything goes crazy again, starting with the disproportionate interior space compared to the robot's exterior size. It's surprising to enter, but as you know, with this game, we can expect anything. The goal inside the robot is to reach other fuses, but to do so, you have to go up to the brain, which is like the CPU, and on the way, the Plankton robot along with other enemies make it difficult.

Acá todo vuelve a ser una locura, empezando porque es desproporcionado el espacio interior con el tamaño del robot por fuera, sorprende al entrar pero ya saben, con este juego podemos esperar lo que sea. El objetivo dentro del robot es alcanzar otros fusibles, pero para hacerlo hay que subir hasta el cerebro que es como el CPU y en el camino el robot de Plankton junto a otros enemigos no lo hace difícil.

Once the three CPU fuses are broken, after hitting Plankton 3 times, the robot shuts down, its arms deflate, and we emerge victorious. The final scene shows all the characters asking the real Plankton if he learned his lesson, to which he replies: "Yes, next time I'll do better!" Then, Patrick steps on him. Overall, it was a nice and fun adventure with my daughter. We're now looking for a new game to play together.

Una vez roto los tres fusible del CPU, habiendo antes golpeado a Plankton 3 veces, el robot se apaga, los brazos se le desinflan y podemos salir victoriosos. La escena final se dan con todos los personajes preguntandole al Plankton real si aprendio la leccion a lo que el responde: ¡Si la proxima vez lo hare mejor! a lo que procede a pisarlo Patricio. En general fue una bonita y divertida aventura con mi hija, estamos ahora buscando un nuevo juego para pasarlo juntos.
