My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2021

Lately I’ve been feeling like my time has been evaporating on me, so today I made more of an effort to get going and get out the door without letting myself waste too much time being hypnotized by my Twitter feed while drinking my coffee. When I did get out for my walk I took my normal route, to the picnic tables near Skinner Butte Park. I did some mindfulness practice that was focused on just observing and categorizing my sensations and urges, such as the urge to open my eyes or check the time, since this technique has helped me in the past when I’ve been having trouble getting centered like I have been lately.
