Today I took my morning walk along the riverbank path to the Owen Rose Garden where I tried to mindfully stroll around the path while putting distractions aside. It was chilly and frosty again this morning, I don’t know why I keep being surprised by the degree of variation in the temperatures here since it’s part of the climate, but I always have a “but it was warm enough to have the windows open yesterday!” reaction on mornings like this (and it will probably be warm enough for that later today, too).

Isn't weather fun. Here yesterday it was 60-70 and sunny. Actually that was for a couple days. Today it is mid 50s and raining.
