My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2021

I slept about an hour and a half after my normal wakeup time today, but given how little sleep I’ve gotten recently I’m treating that as a feature rather than a bug. My back and sinus problems are improved somewhat from yesterday. I did develop a mild cough yesterday, I’m going it’s just the effects of post-nasal drip and will resolve quickly. For my walk this morning I went to Maurie Jacobs Park and back.
