It was below freezing and foggy when I normally would have taken my morning walk, so I didn’t go out in case of slippery conditions. In the mid morning I walked to the grocery store and back. In the afternoon I took a second walk to the grocery store, partly to pick up something I forgot on the first trip and partly to get over 5k steps for the day.
