It was quite cold again today, so I waited until the late morning to start on my walk. I also wore an extra layer on my legs to see if that would help, but that went too far in the other direction and I was too warm when I was in the direct sun. I walked to Maurie Jacobs Park and back. This unseasonably cold weather has really disrupted my routine and interfered with my walks.
