My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2025

I took my morning walk along the riverbank path to the Owen Rose Garden and back. At one point there was a tree down across the path, presumably due to the high winds we’ve been having. After some breakfast I walked to the grocery store and back. In the evening I took a short walk along the section of riverbank path near my apartment.
