Afternoon Run - 6.64km - 00:41:46
@dannewton just finished a 6.64km run, that lasted for 41 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 538.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Another foggy morning here for the walk into work this morning. It eventually lifted by lunchtime, but even so it was a very autumnal kind of day here, damp and overcast and a little gloomy.
Speaking of Autumn, I did see mushrooms on the run home from work (pictured), these are Sulphur Tufts
The run felt easy, and I'll be honest (and try not to tempt fate) but i feel really good at the moment... running feels easy and i feel comfortable, and even felt strong when running up the hill to get home.
its a long time since I've felt this good!
And its not even wishful thinking, as my watches estimate of my VO2 max also increased today, now up to 50. I know its only an arbitary measure as a watch can't actually measure the VO2 max, but its become up some improvements in some metrics somewhere!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
