@dannewton just finished a 6.33km run, that lasted for 37 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 512.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Just a short run to start the year of in the right way, before I can now enjoy the rest of the bank holiday.
And as it is the first day of the year, then in time-honored tradition, it's time to think of some aims and goals for the year
Not 'New Years Resolutions' by the way, as they're usually to vague to work!
Instead I will spend some time listing the things I want to achieve this year AND then plan the steps needed to do them.
I'll get back to you in a few days once I've worked that out, but for now its time to finish off the remaining xmas treats, and spend the rest of the day playing board games with my partner

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

PS - the 1st of January 2026 is also power-up day!
I don't have much to power up at the moment, as I power-up any spare Hive Continuously, so it is just 10 Hive powered up today:

power up 10.134 Hive

I'm pleased to see I've just moved past the 30k Hive Power Milestone, which is pretty cool. It means I'm almost halfway to becoming a Orca, and I never expected to say that when I started!
Speaking of goals, one of my Hive goals is of course to keep growing the account, I think I'm gonna aim for 40k HP by the end of this year... it's a big target, but we've gotta aim big haven't we!
Congratulations @dannewton! You received a personal badge!
Wait until the end of Power Up Day to find out the size of your Power-Bee.
May the Hive Power be with you!
You can view your badges on your board and compare yourself to others in the Ranking
