Description from Strava: After yet another weekend that has whizzed past too quickly, it's time to head back to work. The weekend may have been quick, and I may not have achieved much, but at least it was restful. I was up nice and early this morning, full of energy to start the week on a more productive note.

The day in the office was productive, and I was able to catch up and finish on several tasks that had been sat around and waiting to be completed. I also managed to get my leave for April confirmed, although more on that in a later post

My run home ended up following the same route as my run from last Monday, although I hadn't planned it. Usually my longer run is on Tuesday evenings, and tonight was supposed to be a shorter 6km effort. However, the weather is forecast to be wet all week, but it was actually dry earlier this evening, so I decided to take the long run today instead of risk getting drenched trying to do it tomorrow

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
