dannewton just finished a 7.08km run, that lasted for 47 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 767.2 calories.

Description from Strava: I'm not a morning person, and I'm certainly not a morning runner. However, with temperatures forecast to hit 40C later this afternoon, it was a choice between getting up early or cooking later.

It was an easy decision to be fair

I got up at 7am and had a small drink of water, and then I laced up my shoes and headed out. Today's loop was an easy 5km loop around the village, and I made a quick detour towards Waddington to make up the distance to 7km. When I left the house it was already 21C, and arriving home 45 minutes later, it had already risen to 25C

Time for a quick shower, and then I'll start working (which is from home again).

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

That is a nice run! Keep it up!
I wish I also had a work that can be done at home. So I wont be leaving the house and I can have more time with my kids 😀

Thank you!

Yes in my work we have 3 days in office and 2 days at home, which is great as I don't have to commute on those and I can do something more interesting!
