dannewton just finished a 10.46km run, that lasted for 64 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 834.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Just an easy (well, easy-ish) 10km tonight. It the 3rd session this week, and I still plan to do a reasonably long run on Saturday, so the aim tonight was just to get outside and moving.

And I achieved that.

Compared to the last session, the pace wasn't important this time, I just wanted to keep it light and easy. It helped that the weather has finally warmed up a couple of degrees, and of course here in the UK that means the cold and ice has turned to a damp drizzle

Can't say I've mssed the drizzle, but its better than ice!

The route was the boring one along the bypass again, but my options are kinda limited in the darkness. Hopefully in 5 or 5 weeks the evenings will be lighter and I'll be able to try some different routes again.

At least I've got the weekends when I can run in daylight, I wonder where I'll end up running this time.... guess it depends what route I can conjure up on via google maps!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

I would rather run in daylight. Looks like you have an uphill slog on your way back. Your legs must be getting stronger.

agreed, i'd prefer daylight, but 'needs must' and all that. That hill looks worse on strava than it really is... but it is a pretty long and consistant climb. Have been thinking to do some 'hill sprints' on it at some point (if I can fit it between everything else)
