Welcome back!

Agreed, the scenery is up in the Lakes is flippin' stunning, looks like you've had a very busy week! Good luck with preparing for the triathlon :-)

By the way, are you aware of the @strava2hive app? it creates a link between your strava account and your hive account, so that if you post an activity on strava and write something in the description box, it will pull across and turn it into a hive post. It will be one way of making it easier to post more often here if you wanted. (More info here)

Thanks Dan! Glad to see you up & running again on Strava.
We've got our family holiday next week so i'm not sure how much more i'll fit in now.
With that Strava2hive app does it always give your location map? I was looking at it yesterday but i'm not sure about the privacy

It will try to include a location map (and also your name), but it does respect whatever privacy settings you have on strava as well. I have a 400 meter zone hidden from the start/end of my runs, and I know you can have bigger privacy zones.

@newthings has much stronger settings so that local runs are hidden completely like here. Those privacy settings will also mean that no one on strava will see those runs either, so I guess it is what works best for you. The only time I see a location map from him is when he does a run in a different city

@newthings, are you able to advise @rthelly on how you approach your privacy settings with strava?
