Morning Run - starting again (again!)

I just finished a 5.926km running that lasted about 0hh:37mm:49ss !

TL;DR - Cool and bright, perfect for running. It's been awhile lol, time to get back on it.

Yep, its been awhile haha!

My last run was the 30th June... a whole four months ago. There are many reasons for that (including crap at work, crap at home, feeling miserable, and also general bone-idleness).

There have been a lot of changes over those 4 months which has resulted in a new job (in a completely new area of work, more on that later). As a result it is the first time in a long time that I have a chance to genuine change my circumstances. Honestly, I'm so excited right now.

All of that has created a snowball effect of feeling better, feeling happier and felling more motivated. Which is why, today, I managed to lace up my running shoes and get outside for the first time in months.

The weather was bright and slightly cool at 8C, and the run itself was slow. I couldn't have cared less, I was outside and moving again, and it felt good :-)
