Hello darling Nigerians πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ‡³πŸ‡¬

Yesssssssssss

Our dear country has made it to the AFCON finals and it's such a thing of joy for me and surely for the people of Nigeria.

I'm not a fan of football, but this time around I'm literally a big fan because my country is giving me all the motivation to be one. I've just realized football is a game that really does bring people together,I was literally screaming for joy and vibing with the people at home.

When the AFCON initially started I wasn't interested because first of all I'm not a football fan , secondly,I have chain exams and football was the last thing I could think of, but today, after I wrote my exams and came home this evening I heard shouts around my vicinity,I was asking around and was told that Nigeria was playing with South Africa and had scored the first goal, since that was the semi final I got curious and wanted to see the outcome.

After all the heart attacks πŸ˜„,VAR checks, penalties, and even the substitution of one our best players Oshimen ,we finally scored 4 goals, ending the match with 4-2.
True talk, the South Africans players really went hard on this one, like for real, they are good, but like the slogan goes in Nigeria ,"No gree for anybody"

We decided not to agree and we've certainly qualified for the finals.
My favourites in this particular game were Oshimen, Ekong ,Ihenacho who scored the last goal that gave us victory and of course, the Man of the match ,the emperor, the conqueror, the odogwuu ,the Goalkeeper, Nwabali.

My heart goes out to all the footballers that played for Nigeria, for real I really love the outcome of this game and honestly ,I can hardly wait for the finals. As a student of journalism I most definitely have something news worthy to write about ☺️

"I'm literally overjoyed
Nigeria to the world πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬πŸ₯³
It's a goal⚽
Or rather 4 goals πŸ₯³βš½.

Hahaha...this is hilarious.
Football unites us in very many ways. Many non football lovers joined in watching and shared in the emotions.
The game today wasn't very easy but we made it through.
A big win.
Congratulations to all of us!
