My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2022

I spent the majority of the day wrapped up in a blanket on the couch in front of the TV. The high was 45F and I was cold. It rained most of the day so could not go for our normal walk. Due to this, I only got a minimum of activity. Today will be much better since we have already went for our walk.
