My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2022

Another day of low activity. I know I should be encouraged to be more active but I am not a person that likes exercise in general. Walks are more to my taste and lately the weather has not been very cooperative. It rained most of the day so I did not get outside much. Well only to let the dog out. She did not being out there either. I will figure out a way to increase my activity somehow.
