En esta oportunidad hablaremos de la selección de futbol Venezolana, analizaremos el rendimiento de las diferentes categorías en los últimos años, además de los factores positivos y negativos que han jugado un papel importante en el desempeño de la selección en los últimos años, pero principalmente daré mi punto de vista acerca de las antiguas generaciones y las nacientes. Esta última generación representa una esperanza para el futbol Venezolano y en especial para la selección.

En primer lugar, sabemos que últimamente el rendimiento o los resultados obtenidos no han sido buenos, pero todo esto ha de tener un motivo o combinación de circunstancias que han llevado a tener un declive en el rendimiento y buen desarrollo de la selección y el futbol en general en el país.

En los últimos años, hemos llegado a tener varios jugadores con un rendimiento aceptable en el futbol de Europa, tales como Juan Arango, Tomás Rincón, Salomón Rondón, Roberto Rosales y algunos otros; pero nada se gana con tener algunos jugadores buenos si no hay un trabajo adecuado, el primer factor negativo ha sido la Federación, debido a que no se han creado planes o proyectos para lograr impulsar al futbol Venezolano y la selección. Aun así se han logrado tener buenos jugadores, es decir con potencial a llegar a un club grande de Sudamérica o llegar a un club de Europa, pero no todos lo han logrado, hemos visto en diversas ocasiones a generaciones que han llegado al mundial y luego de eso no han progresado o solo unos pocos pueden mantenerse en un nivel aceptable.

Pero también hay otros factores, como la falta de buenos representantes o agentes que no impulsan las carreras de los jugadores; donde se enfocan en el club que paga más y no en el club que van a tener más oportunidades de ver minutos; todos sabemos que cuando un jugador tiene mucha inactividad es posible pasmar el crecimiento y desarrollo, así hay muchos casos donde los jugadores han ido a parar a clubes donde las posibilidades de ver minutos son escasas y son la tercera opción del club o entrenador.

Sin duda los factores o elementos son variados, pero desde mi opinión el problema federativo y las malas decisiones han afectado el desarrollo de los jugadores, ya que han ocurrido momentos donde el trabajo no ha sido el adecuado en los últimos años, pero ahora tenemos uno de los mejores procesos o proyectos de calidad, además de tener jugadores jóvenes que pueden llegar a dar el salto de calidad, en especial hay una gran camada de porteros y centrocampistas, luego creo que hay delanteros que pueden dar de que hablar, pero en la línea de la defensa a mi parecer creo que continúa existiendo una carencia, pero aun con la posibilidad de que las actuales promesas puedan llegar a un nivel superior.

Hola amigo estoy de acuerdo que la mala formación ha hecho que no se evolucione más allá en nuestra vinotinto, también creo que no se terminó de dar la restructuración de la plantilla, seguimos con los mismos veteranos, lo cual creo que no nos jugo tan bien, aunque alguno de los que estuvieron en la final con la sub 20, ya no tienen el mismo nivel y por eso comprendo que siguió el mismo proceso con los jugadores recurrentes.
Pero me gusta lo que se está creando ahora, tenemos a Coloccini asumiendo las categorías menores y a Pékerman en la mayor, aquí tiene que venir algo bueno y ojalá se pueda aprovechar todo este proceso. Los sub 23 están dando un buen rendimiento en el torneo, Daniel Pérez jugo en fratelsa cuando yo juegue en ese equipo, pude verlo cuando era sub 16 y ya se podía ver qué tendría un gran futuro. Tengo mucha expectativa con el futuro en nuestra vinotinto, esperemos que todo siga en mejora y demos un paso hacia adelante.

Hola amigo, gracias por comentar y dar tu punto de vista del tema, sin duda son muchos los factores que han pasmado el crecimiento y si hay un buen proyecto, podemos decir que uno de los mejores de todos los tiempos, por los personajes, experiencia y el modelo de trabajo.
Es interesante que hayas visto a Pérez, no sabía que había jugado allí, lo he escuchado mencionar desde hace tiempo y sus goles en la filial de brujas, pero desconocia su formación. Saludos amigo.
Tuve la oportunidad de ver el partido de México contra Venezuela en el torneo Maurice Revello, y me llevé una grata sorpresa con la Vinotinto juvenil, más allá de la victoria, el funcionamiento colectivo me parece digno de destacar, y cuentan con algunas individualidades bastante llamativas.

Hola amigo, así es hay elementos interesantes en las inferiores, al igual que la selección sub-20 del 2017 que fue subcampeona del mundo, el gran problema es la Transición a la selección mayor y el manejo de las carreras de los jugadores, ya que muchas veces no mantienen el nivel.
Mientras que jugadores de otras selecciones con un nivel similar en las inferiores logran llevar a sus jugadores a la élite. Un ejemplo es que en el mundial donde fue subcampeón vimos a la vinotinto eliminar a Uruguay que tenia a un joven Valverde y entre otros grandes jugadores de diferentes selecciones que si lograron progresar en Europa.
Pero creo que esta generación promete a futuro, ya que hay jugadores que han tenido sus carreras en Europa desde etapas inferiores; gracias por comentar amigo. Saludos.
