3 days in Streak. Actifit Report Card: February 2 2024

3 in 3 it is. I am posting actifit report for days. And now I have decided to stay healthy this way. If only things work right it could help with weight. My BMI was struggling and still it does. I don't want to die diabetic.

I am making sure to reduce weight to 85kg. And if health stays intact I would be happy. Hoping that things go in that direction. Life is good with health being good.

Thanks actifit. I am serious about health and depression.
