Most likely, you are there quiet and some email with problems arrives, too bad that our help desk is as useful as a empty bottle in a desert so it all gets forwarded to me (our group to be more precise) 😑

Sometimes they just even send me problems that are not my business... At least those I try to bounce them 🤣
