Hello Hive!

Yesterday in the afternoon I biked to Marina di Carrara and saw some former teammates, deciding to follow them. We biked to Ortonovo and La Foce locality, the first in a high heart-rate range for me, the second in a quite intensity range. Then I came back home, not passing to the fountain as I usually do.

40 Kilometers about / 2 climbs / more than 500 meters in altitude
