My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2021
I walked around Battersea Park south London today while waiting for my daughter who was sorting out a passport visa. A lovely sunny day which was ideal.
The main picture is of the Peace Pagoda.
The park is massive and has many attractions amongst the refreshing greenery. On the north side is the Thames river.
The park has a complex of lakes and islands, hosting wild birds.
There is also a small zoo for children. While I was there I took a shot of the famous Battersea Power Station, now converted into appartments and a retail centre.
I walked for what seemed like forever around this place and recorded my all-time highest step count!
My daughter was also happy to get her visa sorted which can take hours waiting!
It was good to get out and explore a new place for a change, and also the train trip was nice too.
I've recorded enough steps I think for the #win too!
