My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2021
A mixed bag of activity today.
Most of the morning I was busy helping my daughter fit flooring in one of her bedrooms. This of course involved clearing the room first of everything in there. A job in itself! But once done it looked very nice. I didn't take a picture as it is not my flat but I was glad to get that finished. Later after some lunch I went home to rest for a bit. It was soon time to take my wife to work and then I took a walk to our local shops just to stretch the legs a bit. They are stiff after crouching and kneeling when fitting the flooring earlier this morning.
