My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2022
Most of the day was spent visiting and meeting family members including my mother who is now getting old and I need to keep a check on her. We took our son with us as well.
I took another walk this evening after dark again. It is quite a convenient time to get some exercise while my wife is at work.
I took a good route which was not too flat and included two small hills along the way. I think that is important if you want to increase fitness.
