My Actifit Report Card: May 13 2022
My first workday was varied and my colleague and I were assigned something that neither of us had done before! A trip into central London to deliver a pallet of chilled food to Kings Cross station.
But our first job this morning was to cater this aircraft at Gatwick airport.
After that we went back to the unit for lunch. Then we waited for the food delivery consignment to be prepared for transit. Trouble was it is Friday and the traffic can be bad everywhere.
I took a few pictures from the cab on the way into London, passing by some familiar places like Madame Tussauds.
After leaving at two o'clock in the afternoon, and getting to Kings Cross station at about five o'clock, we eventually arrived back at our Gatwick unit at eight o'clock! Friday traffic is a nightmare!
I think we are doing the same tomorrow too, but of course it is Saturday and we will be leaving earlier as well. Should be a doddle!
