My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2022
A much more steady as you go sort of day. I was determined to get some relaxation in and I did! But of course there is always plenty to do at home, and we are currently sorting and packing for a house move soon. We went shopping and had a nice coffee too. Later I visited my elderly mother to make sure that she is ok, and to water her plants in this very hot dry period we are having.
Then came the time to prepare a salad for our main meal of the day. I cooked up some chicken drumsticks to have with it.
After the meal it was time to slow right down for the evening. Although I still had some driving to take my wife to work and back.
