My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2022

Another busy day in the kitchens! But that's been the case every day since I have been allocated the job due to lack of work in my normal department. What I like about kitchen work is that every day is different but always busy so the time goes by quickly.

I spend a lot of my time fetching equipment and supplies for the chefs. This involves walking a lot between kitchen and stores or kitchen and equipment wash up area. That does help with my step count for the day 😉.

The downside of all this is that I have developed a problem with my feet. I have painful heals on both feet. I think this is something nicknamed 'policemans heal' since it is due to standing/walking a lot!

I hope this eases over the next few weeks or I may need treatment. We'll see! 🦶
