My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2023
Step count back up again so it must be a workday! š
If I go out on a cycle ride I can generate a higher step count but otherwise it's difficult to beat my work days. I do a very physically demanding job as I'm on my feet and moving nearly all of the shift.
Today the usual workload of two longhaul flights plus a smaller Wizzair bar change. Nothing to challenge an experienced loader like me! š¤£
