My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2024
I had an early start 😒. Getting into work by 5am is not a regular time for me I'm glad to say! 😀 The good thing is that my finishing time is earlier too.
Just a trip to Heathrow Airport terminal 4 for the Vietnam Airlines flight. Turn the aircraft catering around and wait for the outbound flight to depart. Then come back to Gatwick. Easy!
We do get a breakfast 😋. All paid for by our employers. There is an airside canteen where Airport staff go, but it is in terminal 5!. It is on the far side of the airport from where we do this job, so a bit of a drive through two tunnels under runways.
This job is easy but there is a lot of sitting around waiting, especially for me because I don't drive the trucks.
We usually get back to our Gatwick base just in time for lunch! 😀

That picture reminds me of the cycling network around Stevenage.
Brilliant idea, but they are all in a dreadful condition and not very easy to ride on.
Still, if I lived there I'd use them.
Lovely!! My new employer and colleagues seem to love loading up the table with goodies. Pizza at month ends and on any other day, biscuits, sweets and chocos..
Not sure I've made the right choice starting there, it's all VERY dangerous.. 😄
We have a lot of these style tunnels under roundabouts in our town, all in fairly good condition I'm glad to say.
Oh dear! Be careful not to over do the sweets and biscuits! 😵💫
