My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2024

Unbelievable! It rained heavily again all day. We need respite from this deluge, and I think we are going to from tomorrow. The downside is that the temperature will drop. So back to winter! 😐

The dampness didn't stop the work. However, my gloves got soaked as usual. 😂

We can dry our wet gloves and other things like hats on the truck cab heater. It works well, and they are usually dry by the time we get back to base.

After our allocated work on the airport , my colleague and I had an unusual job. We had a truck pickup in Worthing on the south coast. About an hours drive each way. So we headed there in the hire car, an automatic VW. My colleague drove the truck back, and I steered the car back. It would have been a nice trip if it wasn't for the rain! 😆
