My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2024
In this hot and humid weather we are having, it's important to keep hydrated.
While at work, it is even more important, of course, especially if you have a physical job like I do.
We are lucky enough to have a plentiful supply of bottled water available due to the business we are working in.
We also have very large chiller rooms, which are kept at <5°C. It is absolutely marvellous to walk into these areas when loading up the trucks! Taking your time of course to cool off a bit 😅
