My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2025

On this warmest day so far this year, I walked into the town centre to browse some shops and take in the atmosphere there for a while. Temperatures reached into the low twenties, which felt quite warm in the bright sunshine.

The town square fountains were active, and children were enjoying a soaking running into the water jets. I must admit it looked cold as this is still early april, and air temperatures are still not very high.

We have to keep moving and take the positive out of our routine to keep walking and training. We also have to enjoy nature.
