My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2025

I failed to reach the minimum 5k steps today. I wasn't far short, but I suppose that is no excuse, really.

I spent most of the day doing chores and car related jobs like washing the bird droppings off. Disgusting job! The problem is that my car is parked in a car park which has a couple of very large oak trees with overhanging branches. Unfortunately, these trees provide good roosting cover for the pigeons, of which there are many, and this quite often results in a nasty mess. 🤢
