My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2025
Continuing along with trying to fit in looking after grandchildren and catching up with other things, which can be a bit frustrating when everyone wants a piece of you! š¬.
I am also surprised at how tanned I am! I had a little too much sun on holiday, which left me with a few sore patches, too! š Which only goes to confirm that the sun is a powerful thing and should be respected as such.
I will need to cover up after an hour or so next time.

Feel ya man been going through similar myself, the sun and nature in general should always be respected even in the UK, you can suffer wind burn if you are not careful.
