My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2025

We are now well past the summer solstice, and it is evident that the evening sun is setting much earlier now. August is just about to start, but in typical fashion, our english weather is mixed.

Tomorrow, we can expect thunderstorms here in the southeast. I actually enjoy the odd storm, 😅. It's ok to watch from the safety of the building, but of course, if you are caught outside, it is not so nice.

As a child, I found the experience thrilling, and I can remember a camping trip with my family when a terrific electric storm passed over us in the night. The noise is incredible when laying in the tent! 🤣.

The rain can be dangerous while driving, especially if the windscreen wipers dont go fast enough to clear the water. I have experienced this a few times, once on the motorway! It's not a pleasant thing at all.

I hope the summer sun returns soon, certainly before the end of August.
