Fitness for all! : My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2025

Most towns these days have gyms, and our town is no different. There are many, actually, more than enough, in fact. I have never been a member of one in my life! It's something that I have considered in the past but never did.

Another option is a sports centre like our K2 facility (pictured). I have used these facilities for the swimming pool.

In my youth I was a member of an athletic club which was situated in the old sports centre, long since demolished. That was very enjoyable, hard work in winter building up for the summer out on he track! How I miss being so young and fit! 🤣
