My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2025

For my main activity for today, I just took a walk around the block! To make it more interesting, I took a detour into a small park, which is located beside a large Sainsbury's store.

The park has a central cricket pitch but also some tennis courts , a bowling club and green.

My walk took just over the half-hour and a distance of 1.7 miles. Perfect for a brisk walk to get the legs moving and wake me up too. 😆
