The days are drawing in quickly now, and it is beginning to feel very autumnal. We are enjoying a quiet fine spell of weather with high pressure, which means chilly nights but sunny days. Average temperatures for the time of year are very pleasant, actually perfect for getting out in the afternoons for a spot of exercise! Something which I have neglected a bit for the last few days as times are busy. Tomorrow is another day! 😁
