It's ,wet, wet! : My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2025
This was the scene today when we went to spend some time at a farm shop tea room. A very nice and friendly place to enjoy a light lunch and a cup of coffee.
The rain started as we arrived, kept going as we ate our lunch but the real drama began as we left for home. By this time the roads had become like rivers in places! Not the best time for driving but I have had worse in my lifetime.
It is the spray created by vehicles in front that makes it so difficult to concentrate in these conditions, and the windscreen wipers won't go fast enough to expel the water from the screen.
We are in a run of weather sustems right now. On the bright side, it could have happened mid summer as it has done in years gone by, so I'm not complaining. 😅
