My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2025
On this gloomy autumn day, we decided to go to town. It was lightly raining but it is still good to get out for a spot of fresh air and to stretch the legs for a bit.
There's always the opportunity for a coffee too after a browse in some shops. 😜.
A town square tree is stubbornly holding onto its bright yellow leaves. A magnificent sight in amongst the greyness of the buildings.
The old high street looks deserted in the conditions but there were people about, in fact it seemed quite busy in the local Wetherspoons, where we had our late breakfast.
