Goose Nap! : My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2025

A family of Egyptian geese decided to take a nap on a roadside verge. We came across this sight on the school run.

They soon stood up when we passed by, and proceeded to cross the road, stopping the traffic! All was well though and they slowly waddled off back down the road to the lake, which is only about 100 yards away.

This is a common sight here with the lake so close by. The road actually bisects Worth Park without any fencing, only earthen banks to stop any vehicles getting onto public property. Wildlife are free to roam of course! 😅.
