A crisp new day! : My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2025
We awoke from our slumber and ate a good breakfast before setting out into the glorious sunshine here in Brighton.
The initial temperature was a very chilly 5°. But it did not feel as cold as that sounds because there was no wind at all.
It actually felt good in the sunshine along the seafront, so we walked for a bit along the promenade as the sun worked its magic to double the temperature.
All good things come to an end and the time came to take the long bus ride home. A two hour ride! There were shorter options

The temperature has now dropped about ten degrees. This morning we had a frost! Scotland has snow. I hope we dont get that this winter.
