It has been a while since I last used my mountain bike. This walking about is great but it doesn't cut the mustard if you want to really keep up a good level of fitness. The only excuse I have is the weather but it certainly doesn't rain every day so that tells a story! 🤣
Being fit is an amazing feeling which I don't want to lose so I'll be off for a ride in the next day or so. Meanwhile, it's been shops and other commitments which have kept up the steps enough to just be ticking over.
The weather forecast looks very mixed as usual butvgetting a little warmer. Thats good for cycling. 🚲
